LiftSphere Workout respects your privacy. This app is designed to work without collecting, tracking, selling, or sharing your personal data.
All data stays on your device and, if enabled by you, syncs privately through your own iCloud account.
LiftSphere Workout may store the following information:
• Workout data such as exercises, sets, reps, and volume
• Fitness preferences and app settings
• Health data only if you explicitly allow Apple Health access
This data is used solely to provide app functionality and improve your personal experience.
LiftSphere Workout does not:
• Collect analytics or usage tracking
• Serve ads
• Share data with third parties
• Store personal data on external servers
If you choose to connect Apple Health, LiftSphere Workout will read or write health data strictly to support fitness tracking features.
Health data is never used for advertising and is never shared.
Your data is protected using Apple system security, device encryption, and iCloud security when enabled.
You can disable iCloud sync, revoke Apple Health permissions, or delete the app at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
